M. Viridiana Mota

Viridiana is licensed to practice law in Mexico only. Her areas of practice include real estate law and civil litigation.

She earned a Bachelor’s in Law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) from the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California and a Masters of Laws degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, both in Tijuana, Baja California.  

Prior to joining Maldonado Myers’ Tijuana office, she worked as a clerk at the Civil Courts in Tijuana, Baja California and as an attorney for the City of Tijuana.

Viridiana teaches an online course on civil procedure as an adjunct professor at Universidad Iberoamericana’s Tijuana Campus.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
